O grande desafio deste projeto foi a criação das texturas. O tecido foi criado totalmente de forma paramétrica. Cada fibra das linhas, a forma como os pontos formam a trama do tecido, o relevo, os micro fios, as cores e a forma como a luz interage com todos estes elementos, são totalmente controláveis através deste método de construção da textura. O objetivo era chegar a uma simulação natural das dobras e amassados decorrentes do uso e um tecido com aparência de toque macio e suave.

The biggest challenge of this project was the texture creation. The fabric was entirely parametrical generated. Each thread fiber, the way the stitches form the weave of the fabric, the relief, the micro threads, the colors and the way the light interacts with all these elements, are fully controllable through this method of texture construction. The objective was to achieve a natural simulation of the folds and creases with a fabric that appears soft and smooth to the touch.
